NIT Manipur Scholarships

NIT Manipur scholarships are offered to those students who cannot afford to pay the fees. NIT Manipur accepts scholarships from the Government of India. Scholarships can be applied through the National Scholarship Portal, an initiative by the Government.

The details of the scholarship can be viewed on the website to find out their eligibility. They sometimes have applications for international scholarships for specific courses like the Chinese Government Scholarship and Japanese Government Scholarship.

Engineering courses are often included in them. These scholarship schemes benefit the minority or reserved sections as they have plenty of options to choose from.

Apart from scholarship, financial aid in other forms are also provided by the institute. Under the rules of MHRD, Government of India, the institute is required to provide fellowship assistance to the students who are admitted to M.Tech and PhD courses in engineering and technology.

The fellowship assistance is paid every month and it helps to cover some of the expenses of the course fee. Education loans are also available to NIT Manipur students at lower interest rates from specific banks. The authorities guide the candidates on the whole process.
