Founded in the year 2010, the Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD) affiliated NIT Manipur is an autonomous university situated in Imphal, Manipur. NIT Manipur Scholarships

• Library: The central library at NIT Manipur has a rich collection of about 10,000 volumes of textbooks, back volumes, reference books, standards, and non-book material such as CD-ROMs. The library also provides facilities like lending section, digital system, a reference section, reading room and stock room consisting of over 10,000 e-journals, books and e-books.

• Hostel: There are in-campus hostels for both girls and boys. The hostels at NIT Manipur accommodate 3 students in each room. The hostel condition is good along with the provision of clean bathrooms and toilets. The mess food here is cooked in two parts, that is students can opt between local and non-local preparations.
