HBTU Placement cell deals with HBTU on-campus placements officially. This team aims to build a bridge between recruiter’s expectations and the student’s aspirations. The Training and Placement Cell is the team of student representatives that consists of the Training and Placement student representative heads.
HBTU Kanpur placement cell primarily coordinates the campus placement activities on two paths. First of all, the company coordination and logistics are executed by the Company Coordinators. Secondly, student employability enhancement that is looked after by the Department of Placement Coordinators.
Every engineering branch has its own prescribed number of Training and Placement student’s representatives which provide requisite flexibility to the placement cell.
The Student Head, as well as the departmental coordinators, try to provide their best possible assistance to the recruiters in order to put their consummate efforts, extending from contacting companies to managing all the logistics like arranging for tests, pre-placement talks and final interviews etc.
The placement cell of HBTU is well equipped with auditoriums, seminar rooms and sufficient infrastructure to support online and written screening tests.
This T& P cell ensures the satisfaction of the visiting companies and makes sure the placement process goes on smoothly.
