Cochin University, commonly known as CUSAT, conducted CUSAT Kochi Placements drive for the year 2023, witnessing a significant turnout of recruiters. According to media reports, in the 2023 placements, 41 out of 43 BTech students specialising in Naval Architecture and Ship Building were successfully employed. The highest package recorded was INR 17.3 LPA, with an CUSAT Kochi average package of INR 8.3 LPA.

Furthermore, 505 students were selected from 150 organisations participating in the BTech placements in 2023. The highest package reached INR 25 LPA, while the CUSAT Kochi average package was INR 5.88 LPA.

In the CUSAT School of Management Studies (SMS) placements for 2023, the highest package and CUSAT Kochi average package were INR 20.14 LPA and INR 9.32 LPA, respectively. Notably, four international offers were extended during the CUSAT SMS placement drive. Official data from the website indicates that CUSAT SMS has consistently maintained a placement rate of 95%.
