The SET 2025 application process is conducted online. The application form is available on the official SET website (https://www.set-test.org/). Candidates who meet the SET eligibility criteria can fill out the online application form.
The application process involves the following steps:
- Create a new user profile by completing the SET exam registration form with details such as name, date of birth, gender, email ID, phone number, etc.
- Upload the required documents in the specified format.
- Confirm the registration via a one-time password (OTP).
- Pay the application fee using a credit/debit card, internet banking, or UPI.
- Complete the SET application form with relevant details such as category, preferred test centers, and institutions.
- Pay the institute fee and take a printout of the completed application form and payment receipt for reference.
SET 2025 Admission Process
The SET 2025 admission process consists of the following steps: application submission, the SET exam, and the Personal Interview/Written Ability Test (WAT/PI).
STEP 1: Fill out the SET Application Form
Candidates must apply for the SET exam by completing the SET 2025 application form, available online on the official website. After registering as new users on the website, candidates will gain access to the application form. The application fee of INR 2250 must be paid online via net banking or credit/debit card.
STEP 2: Download SET Admit Card
Admit cards will only be issued to candidates who have successfully registered. Candidates can download their admit cards from the official SET website.
STEP 3: Appear for SET Exam 2025
The SET 2025 exam will be held on the scheduled dates in computer-based test (CBT) mode at various centers across India. Candidates must bring their admit cards and a valid identity proof (such as a Driving License, Aadhar Card, Voter ID, or Passport) to the exam center. Please note, due to the ongoing coronavirus situation, the exam pattern or mode may be subject to change.
STEP 4: Check SET Result 2025
The SET 2025 result will be announced on the official website. Shortlisted candidates will be called for the WAT/PI round. Each participating institute will release its own cutoff after the SET result is announced, so candidates should check the specific institute’s website for updates.
STEP 5: Attend SET WAT/PI
Candidates must bring all required documents (both original and photocopies) to the WAT/PI round. Admission will be based on the candidate’s overall performance in both the SET exam and the WAT/PI. Last year, the WAT was held on the same day as the SET exam, with candidates being given 30 minutes to complete the WAT.
