Kerala University Result and Cutoff
Getting admission in Kerala University is really tough. It is not enough to just fulfil the eligibility criteria, to secure a seat one also must score well in the entrance examination that is conducted by the university itself. In some of the cases, the state level entrance examination or central entrance examination scorecards are also considered as valid for admission.
In order to seek admission to the B.Tech and B.F.Sc. courses, candidates are shortlisted based on performance in the KEAM or Kerala Engineering, Architecture and Medical and Pharmacy examination. Once the KEAM scores are declared, Kerala University B.Tech results and cut off are released.
Admission to M.Tech courses are purely Graduate Aptitude Test Engineering or GATE score based. For getting admission in Master of Business Administration or MBA courses, KMAT, CAT or CMAT scorecard is a must. For Architecture courses the National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) qualified candidates are also eligible. Direct admission is also given on the basis of the last board or university examination results.
In every cases, the willing candidates need to score above the cutoff marks that is declared by the university. Generally, Kerala University cutoff is declared after the results of the entrance examinations are published. Year to year the cutoff can vary on the basis of the total number of applicants, the total number of seat available, the difficulty level of the question and etc. Kerala University results also depend on the past years’ cut-off trends.
