NID Ahmedabad Placement Office deals with all sorts of placement related activities in Kolkata. In order to achieve better NID placement package, they organise interaction between its students and industry, projects, industrial training, classroom projects and live projects. It also organises Industry Interface each year to provide a meeting ground to its students where the prospective employer visit to identify suitable candidates for recruitment in their organization. This event also creates awareness among the multiple industries sectors or firms or studios or NGOs. or Govt. Sector or MSMEs about NID and its various modes of operations.

Last year a total number of 17 offers were made and the highest salary offered was 72 Lakhs per annum. While the average salary offered was 15 Lakhs per annum.
