Cut-off list for Mumbai University is prepared on the basis of the number of candidates appearing for the exams, difficulty level of the exam and the number of seats available.
The university announces its cutoff list for all Science, Commerce and Arts stream. The cutoff list is declared mid-year for various colleges and institutes, which is decided on the basis of merit. One can find the cutoff highest and lowest limit for the specific subject under different streams.
According to Mumbai University cut off list 2017-18, BA programme stood to 95%, which was the highest while B.Sc programme stood at the lowest of 81.08%. Mumbai University cut off 2019 has also been announced. Further, students can check Mumbai University results on the official website.
According to MUCMET 2019, it allows a total of 50% reservation from total seats offered for different programmes. For SC category, the reservation has been made for 13 per cent and for ST class, it is 7 per cent. OBC class or category gets a fair 19% reservation. The reservation is decided including a total of 749 colleges and institutes that are affiliated to Mumbai University.
