Scholarships

Mahindra University extends annual Merit Scholarships to well-deserving students. These scholarships are structured as follows:

There are a total of 48 scholarships, with an equal distribution of 12 scholarships per branch. Out of these, 11 are awarded based on JEE scores, and 1 is allocated based on SAT scores (if no SAT applicant applies, all scholarships are awarded based on JEE scores).
Each scholarship is valued at INR 1,00,000 per student per year.
The top 12 achievers in each branch retain their scholarship year after year as they progress to the subsequent academic year.
Eligibility criteria include maintaining a clean academic record with no backlogs and demonstrating good conduct within the hostel and college premises.
Additionally, there are 20 scholarships specifically reserved for female students based on merit. These scholarships are renewable for students who maintain a CGPA of 7 or higher throughout the four-year B.Tech program.
From the 2019-20 academic year onwards, the institute offers 5 scholarships, each valued at INR 1,00,000, to the top 5 students admitted to the B.TECH Program (across all branches) from the North Eastern Region. These scholarships are contingent on students achieving a CGPA of 7 or higher without any backlogs each year during the four-year B.Tech program. Valid documentation is required to qualify for these scholarships.
