Mahindra University maintains an active and dedicated placement cell, consistently working to provide students with comprehensive professional training and valuable placement opportunities. The batch, spanning from 2019 to 2023, witnessed an impressive commencement of campus recruitment activities. This attracted a diverse array of recruiters, both from India and abroad, representing various industry sectors.

During this period, more than 40 recruiters engaged in on-campus, off-campus, and internship selection processes, resulting in the placement of nearly 100% of interested and qualified students.

The average annual compensation package offered to students ranged around INR 8.6 LPA, with the highest package reaching an impressive INR 38 LPA.
