KEC Erode course admissions to the MBA, MCA, and ME/MTech programs for the year 2024 will be based on the TANCET and CEETA PG entrance examinations. Registrations for TANCET 2024 and CEETA PG 2024 are currently open, with the deadline for application extended to February 12, 2024. Candidates interested in applying can do so online via the official website @tancet.annauniv.edu. The TANCET 2024 examination for MBA and MCA programs is scheduled for March 09, 2024, while the CEETA PG 2024 examination for ME/MTech programs will take place on March 10, 2024.
Established in 1984, Kongu Engineering College (KEC) in Tamil Nadu is affiliated with Anna University. Kongu Engineering College Undergraduate Admission 2024
Kongu Engineering College provides admission to 11 distinct specialisations within its B.E./ B.Tech programs. The total intake capacity for B.E. is 240 seats and for B.Tech is 120 seats. - Candidates applying under the OBC category receive a 5% relaxation in the total aggregate score of the qualifying exam, whereas SC/ ST/ MBC/ DNC candidates benefit from a relaxation of up to 10%.
- Applicants who have completed their studies from the 8th to 12th standard in Tamil Nadu are eligible to apply for TNEA without requiring a residential/ native certificate.
- The minimum age requirement to apply for B.E./ B.Tech is 17 years.
Kongu Engineering College Postgraduate Admission 2024
The College provides various PG courses including M.E./ M.Tech, MBA, and MCA across different disciplines. To be eligible for KEC Erode course admissions to any of these PG Programs, candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in the relevant field with a minimum of 50% marks from a recognised institution or University. For MCA, Mathematics should be a compulsory subject at either the 10+2 level or graduation.
Final selection for M.E./ M.Tech programs is determined by performance in GATE/ TANCET, while for MBA and MCA programs, it is based on MAT/ TANCET respectively, followed by a Group discussion and interview session.

How to Apply for Kongu Engineering College?
The application process is conducted exclusively through offline means, with the application fee payable via Demand Draft.
