Hostels: The campus features 16 hostels, including 4 designated for female students. These hostels offer modern amenities such as spacious lawns, multi-purpose common rooms, mess facilities, sports facilities, and internet access. They collectively accommodate around 6,000 students.

Lecture Halls: IIT BHU has three lecture halls, each with a capacity of 150 to 200 students. Each complex includes more than nine classrooms.

Research Labs: The campus houses 12 research-focused labs in the main workshop and additional labs across 16 departments.

Libraries: There are three libraries on campus: the Cyber Library, Central Library, and Main Library. Together, they offer access to 15,000 e-journals, 50,000 e-books, and over 100,000 reference books.

Gymkhana: The Gymkhana is organised into five councils: Science and Technology, Film and Media, Cultural, Sports, and Social Service.

Student Initiatives: The student organisation “Kashi Uthkarsh” works to assist people in nearby villages.

Annual Fests: IIT BHU hosts four major annual events: Technex, Kashi Yatra, FMC Weekend, and Spardha.
