IIM Ranchi Placements 2024

The final placements for IIM Ranchi in 2024 have concluded. According to media reports, the highest package witnessed a remarkable increase of 56.56%, reaching INR 37.8 LPA, while the average package rose by 16.5% to INR 18.69 LPA. A total of 76 recruiters participated in the placement drive, extending 41 PPOs. Top recruiters included Deloitte, Capgemini, Amazon, JP Morgan Chase & Co., Cognizant, Genpact, and IBM.

The final report for IIM Ranchi Summer Internship Placements 2025 has also been released. The highest stipend offered was INR 3 lakhs per month, while the average stipend stood at INR 1.25 lakhs for the MBA batch, INR 1.49 lakhs for the MBA HR batch, and INR 1.38 lakhs for the MBA BA batch. Additionally, the median stipend increased significantly by 71.43%, reaching INR 1 lakh for the 2025 batch.

IIM Ranchi Placements 2023

The IIM Ranchi Placements process in 2023 has reached a successful completion with a 100% placement rate. A total of 399 students were presented with job offers from a remarkable group of 124 prominent recruiters. The highest package extended to INR 67 LPA (International), while the IIM Ranchi Average Package settled at INR 17.3 LPA. The median package achieved a commendable INR 16.5 LPA.

For students enrolled in IIM Ranchi’s MBA-HR and MBA-BA programs, the achievement was remarkable. MBA-HR students secured the highest package of INR 32.2 LPA, whereas their MBA-BA counterparts received offers with the highest package of INR 22.3 LPA. Notably, the MBA-HR batch, comprising 69 students, secured offers from 29 top recruiters, while the MBA-BA batch of 35 students garnered offers from 25 recruiters.

IIM Ranchi has also made public its Summer Internship report for the 2023 batch. The peak stipend recorded was INR 3.50 Lakhs, while the average stipend and median stipend stood at INR 1 Lakhs and INR 80 K, respectively.
