BIT Mesra Campus

The BIT Mesra campus is well-equipped with various facilities including hostels, lecture halls, and training and research laboratories. Below are the details of the BIT Mesra campus:

Hostels: BIT Mesra offers a fully residential campus with 11 hostels for boys and 3 hostels for girls. The hostels include dining halls, common rooms, reading rooms, entertainment halls with color televisions, and independent mess halls.

Library: BIT Mesra’s central library comprises hybrid resources (electronic and print) in fields like Engineering & Technology, Management, and Architecture. It also features a dedicated internet section providing access to online journals and databases. Students can access the library from 9 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday. The library houses 129 print journals, 11 magazines, and 13 newspapers.

Sports Facilities: The BIT Mesra campus includes a large ground for cricket and football, along with two basketball courts, badminton courts, and two volleyball grounds with floodlights. The institute also provides fitness facilities, particularly for girls in the girls’ hostel.

Auditorium: The campus features two auditoriums with a combined seating capacity of nearly 2,500 people. These auditoriums are used for cultural events organised by the student community.
