Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS), Pilani Overview Results and Cutoffs

The BITS Pilani cutoff for 2024 has been finalized for BE, Integrated MSc, and other programs. However, the cutoff for the MBA program is yet to be released. Admission to BE courses at BITS Pilani is based on BITSAT scores, followed by a counseling round. The BITS Pilani BITSAT 2024 seat allotment results have been released in iterations. Candidates can refer to the previous year’s cutoff trends in the section below for better insights. Additional updates for BITS Pilani include:

• The GPAT 2025 registration window for the MPharma course will open in April 2025.
• BITSAT 2025 applications are now open for session 1, session 2, or both for admission to BE/BPharma/MSc courses, with the last date to apply being April 18, 2025. The BITSAT 2025 exam for session 1 is scheduled for May 26 to May 30, 2025.

The BITS Pilani MBA cutoff based on CAT and XAT scores. Candidates with valid scores in either CAT or XAT are eligible for further rounds of selection. According to the cutoff data, General category candidates from All India are expected to have a minimum overall score of 60 percentile in CAT and 70 percentile in XAT.

For CAT, a percentile below 80 is generally not considered a strong cutoff for applying to top MBA colleges. However, several B-schools in India accept CAT percentiles ranging from 60 to 80 for MBA admissions. Regarding the BITS Pilani MBA cutoff for 2023, the required CAT percentile was 60 for General All India candidates. Based on last year’s cutoff, candidates with a CAT percentile of 77 have a good chance of securing a seat in the MBA program.
