Hi Guys, there seem to be a lot of queries regarding individual performances. Just note that last year, according to official figures, cutoffs in sectionals hovered around the 75-80 pcle mark. However, as is the case with every year, this is likely to go up by a small margin this year, especially given that a lot more than the normal ppl would have applied, considering the industry scenario. So, I suppose, having a pcle of 80 plus in sectionals and 97 plus overall shud be fairly sure of bagging you an interview call.

Nobody knows for sure, but the general feeling is that work ex is not considered while giving out interview calls. It comes into account later for final selection. The GD/PI list is generally out around 2-3 days after the XAT results are out.

What are my chances for getting a call from XIMB? Does the VA percentile put me in a dangerous situation considering that you need a 90%ile+ in all sections?

Anoder thing this year i have heard lot of Oriya guys in 87-92 range lots
from yesterday...not heard 1 even in 95+ excepting 1 here in pg who has 94+

fr 2007-09 batch i personally know people who got call at 86+ and had converted too..
And have also heard from 08 and 07 passout that the oa cutoff for workex are lower than freshers??
