[2020-2022] [Official] SIBM Pune Admissions

@manukk It wouldn't affect your GD/PI if you convince your panelists that you are certain and focused on doing MBA, and if you can explain yourself properly.
@redd Fresher : Work-Ex = 40 : 60 roughly. I shall get back with accurate statistics.
any idea what to write in the special/optional subject field..I dnt have any!!

should we apply for each symbiosis institute separately.....???

if yes when should we apply ...... before or after giving the exam???
or else do they shortlist candidates for each institute separately....????
@sandeepsandyp yes, you need to apply to each insti separately and also before SNAP...
and shortlisting is also done separately
@VenkataramanR i do not know much about symboisis & dont know the differnce between those institutes. so please guide me which institute i should apply?
i want to pursue MBA in finance.

Can anyone plz tel me the exact cut off for SIBM Bangalore and SCMHRD, pune?

@sandeepsandyp Shortlisting is separate for every institute, each has its own selection criteria. The application dates would differ as well.
@Ankitarpita This forum is strictly for queries related to SIBM Pune.
@anish666 Kindly go through the websites of the different institutes, talk to students and alumni from the same. You could also PM students from the respective institutes.

Can you please tell me the expected cut off for this year?

Hi,

1. Which are the better specializations at the institute?
2. Which are the companies recruiting (specialization-wise)?
3. Most of the institutes provide overall placement information. Can you please provide the average salary packages offered for all specializations respectively?

Thanks a lot!!

Regards,
Gaurav

@gauravsak 1) All specializations are equally good. There are no better or not-so-better specializations.

2) & 3) Kindly refer to our website for placement details. The average salary should more or less be the same across specializations. http://www.sibm.edu/Placements/placement12.html
@Ankitarpita For SIBM Pune ....cut off is mostly in between 100 to 120................For SIBM banglore....is comparatively less.80-85..........and for SCMHRD.......jst 4-5 marks less than SIBM pune.........as per my stdy..........!!
@anish666 :If u going for symbiosis...........Go For 3 colleges ............SIBM Pune is the best n brand of Symbiosis...............its gud in finance................in second place SCMHRD..........lastly SIBM Banglore.....its new but as good as SCMHRD n SIBM PUne.........best in IT and Finance.........!!!

* This is the SNAPtest analysis for last year... although this necessarily didn't dictate the final cut-offs, but the scores were near about close. You can get a rough idea heading into next year:-
