Tie-Breaking Rules for SMIT Online Test 2025 Rank List

In case two or more candidates obtain the same rank, the authorities will apply the inter-se-merit procedure to resolve the tie.

The tie-breaking procedure is as follows:

1. Mathematics Marks: The candidate with higher marks in Mathematics will be given a higher rank.
2. Physics Marks: If the tie persists, the candidate with higher marks in Physics will receive the higher rank.
3. Chemistry Marks: If the tie continues, the candidate with higher marks in Chemistry will be ranked higher.
4. English Marks: If the tie still remains, the candidate with higher marks in English will be awarded the higher rank.

SMIT Online Test 2025 Counselling

The SMIT 2025 counselling process will be conducted online by Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology. Only candidates who have qualified must participate to secure admission.
