PTE 2024 Syllabus
The PTE Academic evaluates candidates’ Speaking, Writing, Reading, and Listening skills to determine their ability to succeed in an international academic environment and demonstrate English language proficiency. This section, which lasts between 54 and 67 minutes, is the longest part of the PTE and includes seven distinct question types. It evaluates how well candidates can speak and write using academic English, simulating scenarios they may encounter in an academic setting.
