How to Cancel or Reschedule the PTE Exam?

If you decide not to take the PTE Academic exam, you can request a refund up to 14 calendar days before the scheduled test date. Candidates can cancel their exam and receive a full refund if done at least 14 calendar days before the test. Note that the cancellation policy does not cover your test date.

PTE Rescheduling Fees

If you wish to reschedule the exam between 7 to 14 days before the test, a 50% fee of the total exam cost will apply. No refunds will be provided if you reschedule the exam less than 7 days before the test date. The reschedule policy also does not include your original test date.
