NEET PG 2023 Exam Pattern

NEET PG is an online exam with multiple choice questions and is computer-based mode. The duration of the paper will be 3 hours 30 minutes, and section wise questions will be displayed on the screen. The question paper will be divided into three parts that are part A which 50 problems and Part B with 100 questions and Part C will have which will have 150 questions.

The basic pattern of NEET PG exam is as follows:

Candidates would need to accept the Non-Disclosure Agreement before starting the examination. The interesting thing about the NEET PG exam is that the candidates will get the demo for 15 minutes before the examination to get with the structure of the examination. They would be able to navigate between the questions to review with the Review screen.

Questions will be from the course taught in the MBBS course including para-clinical and clinical. The subject wise allocation of marks is as follows:

The careful planning is needed for the candidates to prepare for the NEET PG 2023. The following are preparation tips for the candidates:

  1. Candidates should make a schedule in such a way that they get the ample time for preparation & revision.
  2. Candidates can prepare according to the weightage given to each subject for the examination.
  3. Making the notes and highlight the essential points of each topic is a better way to remember the course.
  4. Candidates can attempt to solve the last year’s questions paper and sample papers.
  5. Candidates should practice for the mock tests to familiarize themselves with an online test pattern.
  6. It is always good to analyze your strength and weakness while preparing for the exam. And prioritize accordingly to work on the improvement areas and focus on hard topics.
  7. Health is the entire thing to take care of, and the candidate should get the proper sleep for the healthy mind and body.
  8. Plan and prepare with the excellent study material and buy a good set of books for studying.
  9. The tip for the exam day is to try to solve the more straightforward questions first and then come to difficult ones.
