NEET PG Cutoff

The cut off is the minimum marks that is needed to score as to qualify the exam by the candidates. National Board of Examination declares the cut off NEET PG 2023. The cut off score will depend on various factors like the difficulty level of the exam, number of applicants and availability of seats among others. The merit list will have the names of only those candidates who will qualify according to NEET PG Cut off 2023. The minimum cut off marks frequently depend on following factors

  • The number of candidates who were present and completed the examination.
  • The number of candidates passed the examination
  • The difficulty level of the question paper
  • Number of vacancies for the exam
  • The sectional wise cut off the examination.

The Qualifying criteria for NEET PG 2023 are as follows

Candidates may calculate their percentile score with the ranks by the following formula:

NEET Percentile = 100 – (Rank *100) / Total Number of Candidates

Candidates should download the allotment letter which will be provided on the website and should report at the allotted institutes along with the relevant documents and fees as mentioned in the allotment letter. The candidate will be disqualified if they fail to present on the specified date as written on allotment letter. The candidate should carry the following documents to the allotted college:

  • NEET PG 2023 Admit Card
  • NEET PG result
  • Mark sheet of the professional examination cleared is the important document.
  • MBBS/BDS degree certificate/provisional certificate
  • The certificate that states the period of internship completed by 11th August 2023.
  • The permanent/provisional registration certificate which is issued by Medical Council of India (MCI) or State Medical Council (SMC).
  • The birth certificate of the candidate
  • Candidates need to carry the identification proofs to the allotted colleges – PAN card, driving license, voter ID, Passport or Aadhaar card
  • SC/ST certificate in English or Hindi language should be issued by the competent authority. Sub-caste should be visibly mentioned on it.
  • OBC certificate should be issued by the competent authority and the sub-caste must be related to the central list of OBC. Candidate should not fit to creamy layer.
  • Orthopaedic Physically Handicapped (OPH) certificate issued from a constitutes or authorized medical boards. other OPH certificate issued by any other authority will not be entertained.
