Candidates must meet the following criteria to participate in the MET 2025 admission process:

For BTech Courses:

• Must have completed 10+2, A-Level, IB, American 12th grade, or an equivalent examination.
• Physics, Mathematics, and English must be compulsory subjects.
• One optional subject should be chosen from Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biology, or any technical vocational subject.
• Minimum of 50% marks in total from Physics, Mathematics, and one optional subject.

For Lateral BTech:

• Must have completed a 3-year Diploma in Engineering from the Board of Technical Examination of a State Government or a BSc Degree from a recognized University.
• Minimum of 45% marks in the diploma or BSc course.
• Must have passed 12th standard with Mathematics as a subject.
