As per the official schedule, the last date to register for KCET 2025 is February 18, while the application fee can be paid until February 20. Candidates aspiring for engineering admissions in Karnataka can also apply for the COMEDK UGET 2025 exam.

The KCET 2025 registration link is now active. The application process includes registration, form filling, document upload, and fee payment. After registration closes, KEA will open the KCET 2025 application correction facility, allowing applicants to edit any errors made during registration. How to Fill KCET 2025 Application Form?

The Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) has made the KCET 2025 application form available online. The application process involves registration, filling in personal and academic details, uploading necessary documents, and final submission.

The application form consists of two parts:

  • Part 1: Candidates can enter and edit details multiple times.
  • Part 2: Candidates must verify their information and accept the declaration before final submission.

Steps to Fill KCET 2025 Application Form

  1. Visit the Official Website

    • Go to the KCET official website.
    • Click on “New User? Click Here for KCET Registration 2025”.
  2. Complete Registration

    • Enter the 13-digit ‘student number’ issued by the PUE department (for 2nd PUC students).
    • Click “Submit” and proceed.
  3. Provide Personal Details

    • Enter your name, date of birth, email ID, mobile number, security question, and security code.
    • Submit the information.
  4. Receive Login Credentials

    • After successful registration, you will receive a KCET 2025 application number and User ID on your registered mobile number and email ID.
  5. Log in to Your Account

    • Use your User ID and password to log in.
  6. Fill in Student Information

    • Enter required personal details and save the information.
  7. Enter Educational Details

    • Provide academic qualifications and click “Save and Next”.
  8. Upload Required Documents

    • Upload scanned images of:
      • Recent passport-size photograph
      • Candidate’s signature
      • Left-hand thumb impression
      • Parent’s signature

Final Submission of KCET 2025 Application Form

  • Upon completing the registration, candidates will receive an application ID and password via email.
  • Upload a scanned copy of your photograph and signature in JPG/JPEG format separately.
  • Fee Payment:
    • Download and print the triplicate Challan Copy and pay the fee at designated bank branches.
    • The bank will retain one copy and return the others.
    • Alternatively, candidates can pay the fee via net banking.
  • Printout of Application Form:
    • Print the completed KCET 2025 application form on an A4-size sheet.
    • Affix a recent passport-size photograph, signature, and left-hand thumb impression in the designated spaces.
    • Get the Principal’s seal and signature from the institution where you studied 2nd PUC/Class 12.
  • Candidates must present this printed application form along with the KEA copy of the Challan during document verification.
