GCET 2024 Eligibility Criteria
Applicants who have completed or are in the process of completing their HSSC (Std. 12th Science) or equivalent examination before the commencement of the academic session are eligible to sit for GCET 2024. Those applying solely for the Pharmacy Course are not required to take the Mathematics section.

GCET 2024 Registration
GCET 2024 has been replaced by JEE Main for admissions. Engineering and Pharmacy admissions through GCET will now be based on JEE Main and NEET scores respectively. For more details, please refer to the official websites of GCET and JEE Main.
The JEE Main January session 1 took place from January 24 to February 1, and session 2 occurred from April 1 to 15. The National Testing Agency (NTA) has announced the NEET 2024 exam date along with the JEE Main exam 2024. According to the exam calendar, the NEET exam, the largest medical entrance exam, will be conducted on May 5, 2024.
How to Apply for GCET 2024?
The GCET application process is conducted offline, and candidates need to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria before applying. Below are the step-by-step instructions for filling and submitting the GCET 2024 application form:
- Download the GCET 2024 Application Form (Form A) from the provided link and print it on A4 size paper of good quality.
- Fill in all the required details, including personal information and category details.
- Affix one recent color photograph on the application form, ensuring it was taken within the last three months from the admission date.
- Enclose two additional photographs with the application form.
- Provide your complete postal address, including the postal code, and ensure you include a telephone/contact number with the area code in brackets.
- Check the subject codes (as mentioned in the table below) and encircle them accordingly.
- Specify your center code and name, selecting your preferred GCET center for 2024.
- Enter details related to the Demand Draft (DD), including the DD number, Bank Name, and Date of issue.
- Candidates and their parents must sign the designated places on the form.
GCET 2024 Application Fee:
The application fee is INR 2000 for candidates of all categories.
Candidates can pay the application fee using credit card, debit card, or net banking.
Documents Required to Fill the GCET Application Form 2024:
- Three passport-size photographs taken within the last three months prior to filling the application form.
- Copy of SSCE Passing Certificate.
