VTU extends financial support to students through scholarships and fellowships, ensuring they can pursue their studies without financial constraints. The following scholarships are available at VTU:

• Pre-Matric and Post-Matric Scholarships: These scholarships are accessible to students studying from class 11 to PhD, enrolled in government or private colleges, and pursuing technical courses in polytechnics, or vocational courses in industrial training institutes. These scholarships are sponsored by various departments including the Social Welfare Department, Backward Class Welfare Department, Tribal Welfare Department, Minorities Welfare Department, Technical Education Department, and Medical Education Department.
