VJTI Placements

VJTI placements are offered to those students who are interested to work for a company after they have graduated. The institute has a dedicated placement cell to look after the placement activities. They contact the prospective companies who might be interested in recruiting students from the institute.

They also register the students who are interested and check whether their skills and talents match the job profile. They also provide internships to the students as part of their curriculum.

The companies and the cell set up a mutual date and the date of the campusing is fixed. The campusing generally continues for months till every eligible candidate is placed.

VJTI placements 2018 has held a great record for the institute. In the batch of 2018, VJTI placement activities were able to achieve over 80% success.

VJTI Mumbai placement rates weres above 80% for almost every department excepting a few. B.tech Computer Science department was able to place all of its students with great companies. It was closely followed by Mechanical and IT department.

VJTI M.tech placements were also successful with Computer Science again being the department with the highest placement rates.

The VJTI average package was 6.8 lakhs per annum while the VJTI highest package was 27 lakhs per annum. The top recruiters of the institute were HDFC, Samsung, CISCO, Morgan and Stanley, Bank of America etc.
