UBS Chandigarh, also known as University Business School, has consistently maintained a strong placement record. The institute has successfully concluded its 2023 placement drive, with notable achievements. The highest salary offered to students saw a significant increase of 10.22% and reached INR 58.48 LPA (Lakhs Per Annum). Additionally, the average salary received by students experienced a remarkable growth of 35.2% compared to the previous year, amounting to INR 13.72 LPA. Out of the 115 participating students, 105 students secured placements. The placement drive witnessed active participation from over 55 recruiters, including prominent names such as Tolaram, Trident, American Express, Dabur, Adani Group, Korn Ferry, and others.

In the previous year’s placement drive of 2022, the highest and average CTC (Cost to Company) stood at INR 53.06 LPA and INR 10.13 LPA, respectively. A total of 135 students participated in the placement process, out of which 129 students were successfully placed.

As for the summer internship placements, UBS Chandigarh has not yet released complete data. However, several students have already received internship offers from esteemed recruiters such as GSK, Parle, Tata AIG, SBI Life Insurance, Punjab National Bank, and more.

The highest salary offered during the placement process reached INR 58.48 LPA, while the average salary stood at INR 13.72 LPA.
