UBS Chandigarh MBA Admission 2024

UBS Chandigarh offers a flagship 2-year full-time residential MBA program. Additionally, the university provides specialized MBA programs in Human Resources, International Business, and Entrepreneurship. Admission to these programs is based on a valid CAT score. The total fees for the MBA, MBA (IB), and MBA (HR) courses amount to INR 39,570. For the MBA in Entrepreneurship, the total fees are INR 2,10,210.

UBS Chandigarh MBA Eligibility Criteria

  • Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree in any stream with a minimum of 50% marks (45% marks for SC/ST/BC/PwD category).
  • They should have passed the final examination conducted by either the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or England, the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India or England, the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, or the AMIE Examination.
  • For candidates who have passed the Diploma Examination with 60% marks (55% marks for SC/ST/BC/PwD category) and subsequently cleared the AMIE Examination, a minimum of 50% marks (45% marks for SC/ST/BC/PwD category) is required.
  • Additionally, candidates with at least 5 years of Research/Teaching or Professional Experience are also eligible to apply.

UBS Chandigarh MBA Selection Process

  • UBS Chandigarh shortlists candidates based on their CAT score. Candidates interested in applying for the MBA Program at UBS Chandigarh must take the CAT conducted by the IIMs.
  • To be eligible for consideration, candidates must obtain a minimum score of 10% (5% for SC/ST/BC/PwD category) in each component of the Common Admission Test (CAT).
  • Shortlisted candidates will be invited to participate in Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI) rounds, which will be conducted at UBS Chandigarh.
  • Attendance for the Group Discussion and Personal Interview is mandatory. Failure to attend either the GD or PI will result in the cancellation of the candidate’s candidature.
  • The final Merit List will be prepared based on the combined aggregate score of candidates in CAT, GD, and PI, with separate rankings for each category.

  4. Diploma in Marketing Management: Candidates with a Diploma in Marketing Management, with a minimum of 60% marks, are eligible for admission. Similar to the previous criterion, they must also possess a Bachelor’s degree (55% marks for SC/ST/BC/PwD category).

  5. Executive Experience: Additionally, candidates must have at least 2 years of executive experience in a commercial or industrial establishment.

UBS Chandigarh Executive MBA Selection Process

  1. PUCET Scores: Candidates are initially selected based on their valid PUCET scores.

  2. Group Discussion (GD) & Personal Interview (PI): Shortlisted candidates are then required to participate in a Group Discussion and Personal Interview.
