Scholarships

The scholarships here are categorised into two types:

1) Sri Sripathi K.A. Memorial Scholarship:

Admission must be secured through CET placement only.
The student should demonstrate good academic standing and active participation in co-curricular activities.
Financial need must be demonstrated, with the total family income not exceeding INR 3.00 lakh per annum.
Immediate family members, including siblings, should not be government employees or associated with any government industry/company/organisation.
The student is required to maintain good discipline with the administration, faculty, and staff members of S.I.T.
For first-semester students, selection criteria will be based on the marks scored in the Pre-University Examination.

2) Dr. M.N. Channabasappa Endowment Fund Loan Scholarship:

Loan scholarship allocation is based on merit.
Financially disadvantaged students are eligible for the scholarship.
Students receiving more than 30% financial assistance from any source are not eligible.
Only the top-performing student in an interview among the top 10 will receive the scholarship.
