NTPC School of Business (NSB) PGDM Admission 2024
Shortlisted candidates will be invited for Personal Assessment (PA) based on their Admission Score (AS). Final selection will be determined solely by the combined scores of AS and PA.
The institute also provides an Executive PGDM program for both company-sponsored and self-sponsored candidates. The minimum eligibility requirement for the PGDM Executive program is a Bachelor’s degree/CA/ICWA with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA from a recognised university, along with a minimum of 3 years of work experience as of June 30. Selection for this program is based on CAT/GMAT/XAT scores for Self-Sponsored candidates.

Key Points:
- Students in their final year of Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification examination, as well as those awaiting results, are eligible to apply for the PGDM (Energy Management) program.
- A relaxation of 5% marks is provided to candidates belonging to the SC/ST/PWD category.

Academic Diversity Factor
Students who have completed their graduation in any of the listed courses will receive 6 points as Academic Diversity Factor Points. The eligible courses include: BA, BA(H), B.Sc, B.Sc.(H), BS, B.Com, B.Com(H), BCA, BBA, B.Pharma, LL.B, MBBS, BDS, or any other Non-Engineering subject areas at the Bachelor’s level.
Composite Score Evaluation for PI Shortlisting
Candidates will be shortlisted for the Personal Interview based on a composite score, which will consider factors such as the score in the Entrance Test, Academic Performance, Academic Diversity Factor, and Gender Diversity Factor. The detailed evaluation of these factors has been provided above. Below, we present the final weightage given for the shortlisting of candidates for the interview.

Based on the aforementioned criteria, candidates will be assessed out of a total of 100 marks for the final selection for the interview. Candidates who surpass the marks set by the institute will be invited for the interview. Subsequently, candidates must participate in the interview and will be assessed according to the stage 2 process.

Only managerial roles will be taken into account as work experience. Training or project work will not be considered as part of the experience.
Personal Assessment
During the personal interview, candidates will be assessed and awarded a maximum of 35 marks. These marks will be considered in the final evaluation process for NTPC School of Business Noida course admissions.
