NIT Durgapur Campus

NIT Durgapur’s campus spans an expansive 187 acres of land. It is a co-educational institution and offers full residential facilities. Situated approximately 160 kilometers to the northwest of Kolkata, NIT Durgapur is positioned along National Highway No. 2 and on the primary railway line connecting Howrah and Delhi. Presently, the campus accommodates approximately 2,500 male students in seven hostels and around 500 female students in two hostels. With an annual intake of over 1,000 undergraduate students, NIT Durgapur consistently attracts a significant student population.
