NIT Agartala Campus Life and Events

NIT Agartala campus spans 365 acres and is situated 24 kilometers from Agartala, the capital city. It is positioned 4 kilometers off National Highway (NH-44) and approximately 2 kilometers from Jirania Railway Station. The institute boasts the largest Sports Complex among all Indian colleges.

Within NIT Agartala campus, there are facilities such as 3 football fields, both indoor and outdoor basketball courts, a volleyball court, a hockey field, a kabaddi field, a handball field, a kho-kho field, a cricket field, a badminton court, a lawn tennis court, and a dedicated cricket ground, among others. The NIT Agartala campus hosts the cultural festival named Moksha and the Aayam Tech Festival, with the upcoming eighth edition scheduled for 2023.
