The Placement services at MSB, facilitated by the Career Services Office (CSO), are geared towards fostering both personal and professional success among graduates. Leveraging the school’s extensive industry connections and alumni network, the CSO provides Tailored Career Services, working closely with each student to offer customised placement assistance. From the outset, the career services team dedicates time and effort to identify and address individual developmental needs, ensuring that each student receives personalised support throughout their journey to success.

The CSO’s offerings extend beyond campus placements, encompassing assistance with higher education pursuits, family business endeavors, and entrepreneurial ventures (in collaboration with the Centre for Entrepreneurship). This support network includes accomplished alumni occupying managerial and leadership positions in global organisations such as EY, JP Morgan, Nielsen, Infosys, the United Nations, and others, as well as successful entrepreneurs, family business proprietors, and researchers. Notably, the CSO at MSB goes above and beyond by providing placement assistance to students for up to three years post-graduation, underscoring the institution’s dedication to nurturing socially responsible managers with an entrepreneurial mindset for the future.
