Mepco Schlenk Engineering College placement cell is headed by the Training and Placement Officer Dr S. P. Asok, who has over thirty-three years of teaching and research experience. The Training and Placement Cell of the institute holds an independent charge, while representatives from each department are chosen as Placement Faculty Representatives and Placement Student Representatives.

This cell organises in-plant training, internship, aptitude skills training, communication skills training, behavioural skills training, coaching for students on Entrepreneurship or GRE or TOEFL or GATE etc to secure better placement results. Also, it organises faculty development programmes as well as recruitment interactions with corporates in order to prepare the students before campus placements.

 The cell is well equipped with state-of-the-art facilities for conducting placements. The facilities available to the placement cell include seven air-conditioned seminar halls varying with a seating capacity from 150 to 1,500 seats, audio-visual equipment, large halls, conference rooms and guest house with air-conditioned suites to provide both boarding and lodging for the recruiters.

Last year the Mepco Schlenk Engineering College placements witnessed yet another successful placement season. A total number of 89.08% job offers were made at the Undergraduate level and around 42.57% job offers were made at the Postgraduate level of study.
