All the placement related activities for graduating students are looked after by MU Training & Placement Cell and every stage of the recruitment process arrangements are made by the placement officials. The university has a placement consultant and the student representatives who oversee all aspects of placements at the university.

In order to carry out the placement process in a comfortable way, the placement cell schedules the recruitment process by considering the needs of the students as well as the department. The Magadh University placement cell invites famous personnel from industries in multiple events, especially the faculties of Engineering and Management.

Besides, the university maintains official tie-ups for maintaining academic events at the university campus and in the affiliated or constitute colleges. The placement cell organises summer training and internship programmes for securing better placement results.
