IIT Delhi Placements 2024
The placement process for IIT Delhi 2024 is still ongoing. According to recent media reports, Phase 1 of the placement season saw 1000 students being selected and 1050 placement offers (including pre-placement offers, PPOs) extended. Additionally, over 50 international offers (including PPOs) were received from approximately 20 international companies. Prominent recruiters included Air India, Microsoft, Texas Instruments, Goldman Sachs, and Bajaj Auto. The Core (Technical) sector emerged as the leading recruiting sector, accounting for 42% of the total placements.
For the 2022-23 batch, IIT Delhi received 260 pre-placement offers. The highest international package reached INR 2 crore, while the highest domestic package was INR 1 crore. Around 50 students secured salaries exceeding INR 1 crore. The top recruiting sectors were IT/Software, Finance, Core Engineering, Technology, and Analytics. The placement drive involved around 400 recruiters and offered a total of 800 job profiles.
The IIT Delhi MBA Placements 2023 achieved 100% placement. The highest package was INR 41.13 LPA, with an average package of INR 25.82 LPA. For the MBA Summer Internship Placements 2024, the internship rate was also 100%. The highest stipend was INR 4.04 lakhs per month, and the average stipend was INR 2.63 lakhs per month.
