IIM Jammu Placements 2024
The IIM Jammu Placements for 2024 concluded with over 130 students participating, including around 50 new recruiters. The MBA batch of 2022-24, comprising 244 students, received an average package of INR 15.48 LPA, marking a 6.1% decrease from the previous year. The highest package offered was INR 31.75 LPA. Prominent recruiters such as BNY Mellon, Cognizant, HCL, Mahindra, Infosys, Wipro, ICICI Bank, and Unacademy participated in the 2024 placement drive.
The IIM Jammu IPM Summer Internship Placements report for the 2021-26 batch has also been released. The highest stipend offered was INR 50,000 per month, with an average stipend exceeding INR 25,000 per month. The FMCG and Energy sectors made the highest number of offers.
Additionally, the IIM Jammu MBA Summer Internship Placements report for 2025 has been published. A total of 100 recruiters extended internship offers. The highest stipend offered was INR 2 Lakhs, while the average stipend stood at INR 70.82 K.

The Summer Internship Placement for the batch of 2023-25 at IIM Jammu has been successfully concluded, encompassing 257 students with a 100% placement rate.
