AIMS Institutes, Bangalore has many scholarships for students to pursue their education. It also provides Pragati and Saksham Scholarships for girl students and differently-abled students. Few other scholarships are tabulated here:

| Smt. Nagarathnamma Scholarship | Complete fee waived off for the entire program | Indian Citizen with 90% or above in 12th level exams |
| AIMS Scholarship for Entrepreneurship | INR 5000/- PM Fixed stipend for the entire program duration | Indian Citizen with 60% or above marks in 12th level exams. The candidate has to present the business idea that will be approved by the panel. |
| AIMS Scholarship for Sports | For District/Zonal level candidates 50% fee waiver and for state/ national level players 100% tuition fee waiver for the entire duration of the program | Any Indian Citizen who is a current member of the District/ national/state team and has successfully completed 12th level or equivalent exam |
| AIMS Scholarship for Performing Arts and Liberal arts | INR 5000/- PM Fixed stipend for the entire program duration | Any Indian Citizen who is recognized Performer of District/ national/state team and has successfully completed 12th level or equivalent exam |
