Once a candidate has successfully completed their entrance examination, they are legally required to wait for the results to be announced. The Uttarakhand Board of Technical Education will conduct the counselling process after the results are announced. Candidates will be selected based on their merit in the entrance examination and will be assigned seats in respective institutions based on their degree courses. The UBTER JEEP 2024 examination results will be released on the dates listed below.

Once the results are announced, students must appear for the counselling courses. It should be noted that if any student fails to appear during this process, their seats will be cancelled and given to other candidates on the waiting list.

Documents required – Here is a list of the important documents that students will need to bring with them during the UBTER JEEP counselling process.

• UBTER JEEP 2024 Admit Card 
• UBTER JEEP 2024 Score Card/Result 10th & 12th Standard Marksheet Certificate of Completion ITI or Other Diploma Certificate (for PG)
• Certificate of Domicile/State
• If the candidates are from one of the reserved categories, they must provide a caste certificate.
• Certificate of Transfer from a Previous Institution
