hii all.. my query is.. i have purchased from of UBS.. it has two forms.. one for UBS chandigarh and other one for UBS Ludhiana.. UBS ludhiana main likha hai "for self-financing" ..
1) does it mean ki un logon ki placements nahi hogi...
2) can i apply for both the courses...
3) both the forms state 'submit photocopies of CAT 2007 admit card and CAT 2007 score card' last date is nov 16, 2007.. CAT 2007 score card kaise submit hoga jab tak paper hee nahi hoga aur result bhi nahi aayega..
4) hw is UBS, Ludhiana.. lyk faculty, summer placements and final placements..
plz do take pains to answer my queries... thanxx in advance..
hello friend!! yeah it's self financed course.. but there is nothing like u r saying.. it doesn't have any link with the placements... self financed means the course is financed by the students themselves.. there'll be not any subsidy from the university...
u can apply for both the courses... nd u have to submit the XEROX copy of CAT ADMIT CARD with the forms and about the score card.. u'll need to bring it at the time of ur GD/PI.. faculty is good.. regularly senior faculty members of UBS CHANDIGARH visit this ludhiana campus.

as my friend Chandan has replied to you ,no need to worry about placements.Coming to yours other question i guess by now you have received CAT admit card ,if not wait for a week.and you have to submit photocopy of CAT admit card right now.Score card is required at the time of
GD/PI.So Chill

well i thought ludhiana does have professional environment ,but since i am new to this place i will not contest yours point of view .Environment in ours B-school is really cool ,guys are really proactive.Ours b-school has good mix of science ,commerce and engineering background students.Some of guys have picked live projects on their own, withought lecturer help. Others activity like Business Club and placement cell are going great guns.I hope i have sorted some of yours querry

am totally confused.. i think the online form and the hardcopy ( one provided with prospectus is same.. tat's why it's been written to attache a DD for 1000)

Nothing to worry my friend. you can write with both the pen, but in my opinion blue is better choice. Coming to yours other question if you have seen then you might have observed that yours form has form number ,while online form does not have any number.So you need not to fill DD column ,its pretty understood with form Number that you have purchased the form.:satisfie:Attached DD is for those who apply online.In yours case there is no need for DD.

Hi Akash it will nice to have interaction between students of B-schools,I will from my side do best to inform various activities in my b-school. Last month
we organised seminar on "Small Scale Industries Management". Prof Simon From Australia gave very lucid and interesting lecture on this topic.Right now summer placements are going in ours institute.Exams are also very near.

well as per my knowledge no more DD is required , i even checked with UBS website and their is no mention anywhere about separate DD .I even consulted some of my classmates ,AND according to them no separate DD is required. YOU have to attach DD only when you apply online.

submitted only to the University Business School, Panjab University, Chandigarh on or before 16th
November, 2007 by 5.00 PM.

well you can contact UBS office quoting yours form no,But if its sent by online form, it will be difficult by them too. In all probability its accepted ,Last year friend of mine had not written his CAT registration number and he was duly contacted by UBS authorities .So do not worry, if there is any element of rejection they will most probably contact you to rectify it.I think most probably they will ignore yours unattested photograph at this stage , but ask you for it in later stage of GD/PI.
