SCMHRD posted yesterday that they have completed final as well as summer internship placements. The truth is very opposite and in reality, most of us are suffering. I did not want the truth about SCMHRD to come out because it will eventually affect our future opportunities but with a loan on my head, I am writing this so that none of you suffer like us. I am from final year mba core with a good profile, good academics and case competition wins, and am placed in a mediocre role and package. Many of my friends are still unplaced and only a few in the batch have got good placements out of which most of them are from the core committees CRT APR ART due to internal politics. I would have got better packages at a Tier-2 college than here after suffering from so much of mental agony, toxic environment and what not. My Business Analytics and Infrastructure Development Management IDM batchmates’ condition is worse than this. Many are unplaced and many have been forced to sign out of placements. Posting the screenshots shared by a IDM batch friend on instagram who is not placed and suffering from severe mental trauma. Think a thousand times before wasting your time and money here, especially if you are taking a loan.
Answering a few questions from the comments on previous post : Our 2024-26 batch does not have much international students. We do have quota students. Still this is the condition. The 2023-25 batch has a lot of international and quota students and their condition is worse and from here on, it’s only going to get worse for next batches. The market conditions are not to blame. The colleges lower in the rankings than us are doing much better despite bigger batch sizes.
