A session on “How to work on your personality development while in college” for undergraduate management students was organized on 28th March 2023.
The session provided an excellent opportunity for all students to understand their personalities with exercises like the Johari window, self-image projection, and an experiential learning cycle.
Students enjoyed the session and found answers to many of their challenges.
