FAQ's
1) Admission criteria?
The admission criteria has changed this year.
For General candidates, minimum CAT percentile is 90, for NC-OBC 80, for SC 75, for ST 75 and for PwD 75.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering Technology or Master's degree in
Economics or commerce (with Mathematics or statistics at Bachelor's
level)
GE/NC-OBC-Minimum 60 %( or CGPA of 6.5) whichever is applicable as per your consolidated mark sheet.
ST/SC-Minimum of 55 %( or CGPA of 6.0)
2) When will the admission process start this year?
The application form will be available from the very next day of CAT 2015 result and will be available for approx 3 weeks.

4) Last percentile to get through last year?
Since the admission criteria has changed this year, it is no longer relevant

5) Selection criteria?
The applicant is rated on the basis of Profile(X, XII, and Bachelors, work ex) , CAT percentile and GD/PI performance.
For your reference Last year weightage was
GD/PI-50%.
Profile-30%
CAT score-20%
For this year the weightage is not available yet. We'll share it once we get an official update.
6) How to prepare for GD/PI?
We'll be sharing GD/PI experiences of this year batch along with their
profile so that you can get an idea of what kind of questions were
asked. But as a general rule be well versed with current affairs and
your profile.
Also we'll be coming up with Tips from Adcom, Google
Hangout sessions, Mentorship programme (once the shortlist is out) which
might be helpful during the process.
7) Tentative dates for GD/PI with locations?
Delhi: February 29 to March 03, 2016
Mumbai: March 14 to March 17, 2016
Kolkata: March 24 to March 26, 2016
Hyderabad: March 28 to March 30, 2016
Bangalore: April 04 to April 07, 2016
8) The Number of students called for GD/PI?
We don't have official numbers on the number of students called last
year for GD/PI.But Approx. 1:10 students were called and around 800
students were given CMR's (common Merit rank)
9) Will I get through?
The golden question which has no definite answer. If you are
shortlisted for GD/PI you stand an equal chance of getting through
whether you are 95 or 99 percentiler. So you got to perform well during
GD/PI's which will see you through.
