If incase you don’t have a character certificate and your college is not issuing one, you can ask for a Bonafide instead.
Final year students can present the Character Certificate/ Bonafide at the time of admission if they don’t have one now.
If you don’t have a copy of the CAT admit card, you can send the rest of the documents and make sure that the CAT registration number is mentioned on your application form. At the time of admission, you will have to submit a copy of your CAT scorecard as a substitute to the admit card.

@Ahmad_Ali Deadline for the registrations is 31st January 2022. Considering your Cat score, you have a good chance of receiving a call for next rounds, although it all depends upon the pool of applications.
Can Anybody plz help me understand the admission process? After filling the online admission form, we have to mandatorily send the hard copies of the required documents?
Sounds like very candidate unfriendly to be honest, as candidates will always be anxious if our documents reached or not. Even if the India post shows “delivered”, it would have been nice to have a confirmation from the side of UBS as well.
