3 vessels having volume in the ratio 1:2:3 are full of mixture of coke(coca-cola waala :P) and soda. In the first vessel, ratio of coke and soda is 2:3, in the second 3:7 and in the third 1:4

If the liquid in all 3 vessels were mixed in a bigger container, what is resulting mixture of coke and soda?

1) 4:11
2) 5:7
3) 7:11
4) 7:5

Please post the method as well so that everyone understands now and for future reference as well..a humble request

2+6+3:3+14+12+11:29
because from first we have 1 multiply given ratio with corresponding ones and place them i did i get this............maybe m wrong tell whats the answere

(.4+.6+.6)/(.6+1.4+2.4)
=>1.6/4.4
=>4/11

Please refer to the solution posted by @gs4890 ..that is the shortest way according to me to solve the problem

let them dig a,b,c meters 3 diggers

(1/a + 1/b + 1/c) = 1/54

per shift means per day ?

6a,6 *a+x,6 *a+2x by 1,2,3 rd digger

10/6 *a+2x = 14/6a
60a = 84a + 28x
a = -7/6x
x=-6/7a

bhai total they dug = 324 over six days..
so in one day they dig = 324/6 =54
i.e 1/d1+1/d2+1/d3 = 1/54
given d2 = d1+x
d3 = d1+2x
so just used the options 😁

work/day=324/6=54

given
f*14=t*10;
t-s=s-f
=>s=(t+f)/2
f+t+s=54

=>f+7/5f+(7/5f+f)/2=54
=>2f+14f/5+12f/5=108
=>36f=108*5
=>f=15

I have posted correctly..
Here is the answer..consider the volume of the 3 containers to be 10,20 and 30 liters
First container..coke = 4..soda =6
2nd container..coke = 6..soda = 14
3rd container..coke = 6..soda = 24

Total coke = 16
Total soda = 44
Ratio = 4:11
Inspite of this if you find the data inconsistent, then i cannot help you further

assuming 100 200 300
so coke in these are 40 60 and 60
so ratio when mixed = 160/440 = 4: 11
