AAROGYAM-YOG ABHYAAS Organized by “Spardhaa”- The Sports Club, GIMS, Greater Noida in Collaboration with Seva Bharti, Gautam Buddha Nagar for PGDM 1 year Students on July 20, 2022.
The workshop was conducted under the supervision of Dr. Shivam Acharya, Yoga Expert, New Delhi.
Students learned yoga stretching exercises followed by series of Padmasanas, Sukhasan, Tadasana, BhujangAsana. The student learned various other exercises and were motivated towards Health and Wellness importance in life and make their stressful and robust life into sound and peaceful for living and able to face any difficult situation in life with calm mind and they should able to perform their assigned work in professional manner and as well as making their life and career better.
