•Life at LBSIM has always been busy for the newcomers to the institute, different academic clubs along with non-academic clubs have been organizing various events in the institute. Our institute has a culture of organizing events and keeping the students active with extracurricular activities.
•LBSIM being a student driven institute, all the events are organized and managed by students for their fellow mates. Students get an authentic experience of how management helps improve the efficiency of an event.
•LBSIM organized the National HR Conference on the topic “Future Fit Workforce: HR Through Multiple Prisms” with Ambassador Anil Trigunayat, former ambassador of India to Jordan, Malta, and Libya, as the chief guest for the event. Mr. Rajeev Dubey, Chairman of Mahindra Insurance Brokers was the Guest of Honor for the event. Along with them, other speakers enlightened the students with their knowledge and experience related to the topic.
•Apart from the HR Conference, all the clubs organize plethora of events and seminars with eminent speakers to improve the critical thinking skills of the students with the help of industry experts. LBSIM also presented an award to former IIM Ahmedabad Director Shri Bakul Dholakia for his outstanding contribution in the field of management conferred with the Lal Bahadur Shastri National Award by Vice President Shri Jagdeep Dhankhar Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management carrying a cash prize of Rs 5 lakh, a memento and a citation.
LBSIM, being a student-driven institute, the seniors are keeping the students engaged in various co-curriculum activities to de-stress them from the new hectic lifestyle that they are trying to adapt to. The faculty coordinators along with seniors are successfully able to make the students feel like they are at home. Events of various types are organised by different clubs either with some external collaboration or some self-organized event.
Spooky Night - Halloween Party organized by the cultural committee enthused the students for their new trimester. The event had a theme and the students cherished the party with joy and fun.
Dandiya Night - Organized by the cultural committee, students enjoyed playing dandiya in the institute.
Roshni - It was the Diwali event organized by the cultural committee that allowed students far away from their homes to celebrate Diwali together with their peers.
Spic Macay - LBSIM in collaboration with SpicMacay (some info about Spicmacay) organized an Odissi Dance event in the institute which made students aware of the richness of the Odissi cultural heritage.
ISDC - Plithos, The Literary and Debating Club organized the third edition of the Inter-Sectional Debate Competition (ISDC)
Corporate Interface - An interactive session on Entrepreneurship by Mr Ravi Mathur, co-founder & CTO of InsuranceSamadhan- aShark Tank Fame, was organized by the CI team.

PI TIPS
Present yourself well: First impressions are formed by 7% of what you say. 38% of your eloquence and confidence, 55% of how you dress, act and walk through the door.
Know your skills and strengths: Be able to talk about your strengths, most proud accomplishments, areas of interest, personal values and areas of development.
Answer as honestly as you can: At times, the interviewer may ask specific personal questions. In that case, be frank, be honest about your intentions, your opinions and avoid being too diplomatic in answering the questions.
Use S.T.A.R format: a good answer to behavioral questions includes stating the situation, task, action and result.
Candidates must check the following details regarding LBSIM 2022 Eligibility Criteria for admission:
Nationality: Indian and Foreign students, PIO and NRI sponsored candidates are eligible to apply.
Qualification: Holder of bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent CGPA from any recognized institute/University.
Appearing: Candidates can apply who have appeared in the final year of Bachelor’s degree/equivalent qualification examination in the year 2022. But he/she has to submit a certificate from the Principal / Registrar of their institution certifying.
All candidates are required to take the Common Admission Test 2022 held by the (IIMs) or should have a valid scorecard of GMAT.
Besides CAT/GMAT scores, candidates need to register at LBSIM, Delhi through a separate application form which will be available along with the information brochure from Admission Coordinator, LBSIM.
