When is the 5th list expected to come out?

Hello adcom, I have paid the first installment fees for MBA on 22/4/21 at 10:50 AM. It's reflecting on my portal as payment successful but I am not able to print the payment receipt. I called the help desk several times but no one picked it up. Now on mailing them, they are saying that they did not receive the payment.
Kindly help me out in this. Today is the last date for 1st installment payment.
Adcom is there any way to freeze our preference!?
I'd paid my second installment fees but it's not reflecting on my portal, what can I do to check if my fees is paid?

If incase we do not convert our 1st preference in the 5th round, will we get any upgradation opportunity in further rounds as and when seats go vacant.
Talking about those who have been allotted and accepted other program but waiting for futher rounds.

I have converted IMC which was my 2nd preference in 4th round. if I don't convert my 1st preferenc in 5th round
will I still have the chance to move up after 5th round??

I have scored 99.62 %ile in cmat and I appeared for KJ Somaiya CA-PI process on 18th April 2021. On 19th April when the 4th list came out, there was no movement in my portal, rather it asked me to submit the documents again.
I contacted KJ Somaiya via email and told them the whole scenario, they said you are rejected because you didn't submit the documents in time and they are through with the CA-PI process as well.
I also appeared for the CA-PI process and my interview was above average I would say. How can they provide someone zoom link when documents aren't submitted??
I had an issue while uploading my cmat score on my portal as well, I asked them to update for me and they did that for me. So , if at that time , I faced issue while updating my cmat score, it might have a possibility that this time also there's some error in the portal.
I am being punished for nothing. I am sending them mails daily for past 3 days and they aren't replying. No one is answering calls.
I have everything in records in my mails. I can show you everything what I communicated and what they responded.
I just need someone from KJ Somaiya to assist me here. I can't be punished when I have done everything right and in time.

Hey, I have converted MBA-IMC in the fifth list but I want to get into FS or Core as IMC was my last priority. So I just want to ask that is this the final list ? Or there are more coming.
Also, will I be eligible to get into another course as and when the seat gets vacant if I decide to pay the fees for the current program ?
And If I reject the current offer, I will still be in the running for other programs. Right ?
