Can anyone explain the cancellation policy?

If we cancel it before 4th may we will get 100% refund rite? with Rs 5000 deduction as transaction charges.

And If we cancel between 5th may to 19th may there is 10% deduction applicable as per policy. This 10% deduction is on 1st installment of Rs.2,00,000 Or fees of Rs.4,00,000(1st installment+2nd installment/15th may due date) Or on entire fees of 1st year?  


It would have been better if they had mentioned the amount we would be getting back as per the cancellation request date.

Hello, I have got IMC(3rd preference) in first round. I have selected IMC at that moment and paid the fees. But till now, I am in waiting list for MBA Core and IB. I need to pay the second installment soon, but I am sure to not go with IMC, but wanted to opt for Core/IB. 


Should i pay the second installment in hope that I will clear Core/IB and put lot of amount in risk, since few percent will be only returned.


NMAT score 232, Acac - 85.5/81/88, Achievements and Cocurricular/extracurricular at top level, Interview went well.

I am having trouble with paying the fees. When I wanna do rtgs it just keeps changing the account number each time I refresh. Any idea which mode of payment is best and safe ?

Yesterday I made the payment of 1st installment for MBA - FS around 4 p.m via Net banking. Amount was debited but the same has not been reflected in the dashboard yet. Administration not picking up the calls. Any help would be highly appreciated. 


Edit: I got reply over mail stating they have not received the payment. I reverted the team mentioning that amount has been deducted and attached my bank statement for proof but again they replied that they have not received the payment. ADCOM, kindly help!!
